NB Please note that matches can be played on any night & at any venue provided both parties agree (Except Semis & Final), if not, then they must be played on the date & at the venue listed |

All players must be at the venue at the listed start time. Any players not present at the start time will be deducted 1 frame for every ten minutes they are late. After 30 minutes the player/s is deemed to have forfeited the match |

Any players not present on the scheduled date, when matches have not been played before hand, will be removed from the competition & their opponents given a walkover. |
|
Signed Result Sheets must be sent to the Result Secretary by Monday after the scheduled match date, or both players will be removed from the draw.` |
|
All players in Cup/Plate/Singles/Doubles must have played in 25% of their teams matches. |
|
Semis & Finals WILL be timed as per World Rules |
|
Dress code for the finals is:- Smart casual dress; dark shoes & trousers, shirt with collar |
